We chose a few cheapish hotels near Central Station (Gare Central). Only 2 minutes walk. La Grande Place is 1 minute in the other direction, so it's very central.
You can come by train to Ternat for only a few euros. A free bus will bring you back to Central Station after/during the party.

This one is in the European district. This is the hotel where most of the bands and the dj's will stay.
If you book over the internet, you can get a very good deal, given the fact that it is a 4-star hotel.
